There are times in life when what once felt familiar no longer carries us forward.
A relationship changes.
A job comes to an end.
A deeply cherished wish remains unfulfilled.
An important decision awaits.
The next step is nowhere in sight.
Sometimes this may appear as:

Shamanic work offers the opportunity to view a situation from a different perspective and to recognize connections that may previously have remained hidden.
In doing so, pathways can emerge that lead back to inner balance, renewed clarity, the ability to move forward, and a deeper connection with your own life flow.
MY WORK
My work brings together shamanic, energetic, and systemic healing and consciousness work.
I work intuitively while bringing clarity, structure, and attention to the unfolding process.
At the heart of every session is an awareness of what is revealing itself from within and of the deeper themes connected to it.
The foundation of my work is built upon several years of shamanic training as well as many years of experience in systemic constellation work and process facilitation.
Elements of my work include root and ancestral work, shamanic journeys, ritual work, soul guidance, connection with nature, and vision work.
In addition, I offer foundational and advanced shamanic practices for those who wish to explore these paths for themselves.
HOW A JOURNEY BEGINS
Every journey begins with an initial conversation.
Together we explore what is currently asking for attention, seeking orientation, or longing to be understood.
Some concerns can be addressed within a single session. Others unfold into a longer process that is accompanied over time.
SRI LANKA
My work takes place both in Germany and in Sri Lanka.
I also offer individual journeys of experience, learning, and personal exploration connected with travel to Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka brings together vast landscapes, tropical natural beauty, and a unique intensity of experience.
For me, Sri Lanka is more than a destination. It is a place of resonance where nature, history, spirituality, and the rhythms of everyday life come together in a remarkable way.
ABOUT ME
As a German-Colombian, I grew up between different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. From an early age, I experienced both the richness and the challenges of living between worlds and building bridges between them.
That experience continues to shape my work today.
I see myself as a bridge builder:
between people,
between nature and the modern world,
between cultures and different ways of living.
For me, shamanic work is not simply a method. It is a way of meeting life itself: with respect for all that is.
Within the shamanic context, I carry the name Anjuli – a name derived from Sanskrit that was given to me during an initiation journey. For me, Anjuli represents devotion, gift, and the ability to transcend boundaries and bring people together.
WHAT SHAMANIC WORK MEANS TO ME
Shamanic practices are among humanity’s oldest paths of experience and wisdom. They are rooted in ancient traditions found in many cultures and in the relationship between human beings, nature, the visible, and the invisible.
Body, mind, and soul are not viewed as separate from one another.
For me, shamanism is not a belief system. It is a living field of experience grounded in awareness, respect, and connection.
BRIDGES
My guiding phrase is: “The songs of my voice show me the way into the world — the shamanic tones lovingly build the bridge that leads me all the way home to myself.”
As a teenager, I spent a year in Massachusetts, USA, as an exchange student and lived with an American host family.
I speak German, English, and Spanish. For many years I have worked as a foreign language secretary, office manager, and personal assistant to senior leaders in both international and German business law firms.
Alongside this professional path, my journey led me into systemic constellation and process work, as well as the multi-year training program at the IACFS Academy for International Shamanism in Austria.
I continued to deepen my spiritual practice through extended stays in India and Sri Lanka.
In 2025, I was invited as a keynote speaker at the international conference The Science of Happiness: Theory and Praxis for Emotional Resilience. The conference was hosted by colleges of JG University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
